Ingredients:
1 lb. Rigatoni pasta (uncooked)
2 Jars tomato sauce
1 t dried Oregano
1 lb beef
1 lb Italian sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 C mushrooms
4 C shreddewd mozz cheese
pepperoni for topping
Serve with: French bread
Prep:
In skillet, brown beef and drain. set aside. Do the same with sausage.
Mix the sauce, uncooked pasta and oregano in large bowl until pasta is well coated. Spray crock pot with cooking spray.
Now make layers using 1/2 of each ingredient. Order: Pasta, beef, sausage, onions, peppers, mushrooms, cheese then place pepp on top and sprinkle with cheese. Cook on low for 6 hours.
