Crock pot Italian chicken

Ingredients:

Farfalle pasta (1 box)
1 pkt zesty (dry) Italian dressing
1 8oz cream cheese (softened)
2 cans of chicken noodle soup

Prep:

Place chicken in crock pot and sprinkle with Italian dressing.

Combine cream cheese and soup in a small pot over low hear and pour over chicken.

Cook on low for 4 hours.

Cut chicken and throw back in crock pot and stir into sauce.

Serve over pasta
