Paul Deen's baked Chicken Salad

This is so delicious and a great light, summery meal!  I serve this with Celery sticks and crackers!

Ingredients:

2 T Lemon Juice
1/2 t pepper and salt
1/2 C Almonds (I omited this)
1 C diced celery
2 C chicken (I used a rotisserie chicken)
1 C mayo
1 C grated sharp cheddar cheese
2/3 C crushed potatoe chips

Preperation:

Preheat oven to 350 and spray 9 x 13 pan with pam

In large bowl, mix chicken, celery, almonds, salt/pepper and lemon juice, Mayo and cheese.  Place the mixture in dish.  Spread chips on top.

Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly.
