Oreo, Chocolate Chip brownies

Ingredients:
1 C unsalted butter, room temp
1 C sugar
3/4 C brown sugar
2 Eggs
1 t vanilla extract
2 1/2 C flour
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 C chocolate chips
1 pkg oreos
1 pkg brownie mix
1 small container dulce de leche

Prep:
Preheat oven to 350 and line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.  Add eggs followed by vanilla and mix well.

Add flour, baking soda and salt and continue to beat until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

Press cookie dough evenly then place oreo and dollup dulce de leche on top.

Prepare brownies and add on top- bake 40 minutes.

This is delicious served with vanilla ice cream or milk! Makes a lot!

Oreo Rice Crispies

Ingredients:
1 16 oz pkg oreos
5 C large marshmellows
4 T butter

Prep:
butter pan a nd line with parchment paper, butter paper and set pan aside.

Ground oreos in food processor

In microwave safe bowl, melt butter and marshmellows until puffed (about 2 min) stir in oreos until combined.

Transfer to baking pan using wax paper, press mixture even in pan.

Let stand 10 min and cut into bars!

Frozen Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:
6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
2 C whole milk
1 T + 1 t hot cocoa
3 T sugar
Ice Cubes
Whipped cream

Prep:
Place chocolate and 1/4 C milk in microwave to melt.

Add chocolate mix and sugar, stir

Slowly pour in 1/2 C milk and stir, let cool to room temp

Pour cooled chocolate into blender and add remaining milk, and ice...puree

Top with whipped cream and chocolate chips, etc.!

It's a BOY punch! (or girl!)

IT'S A BOY! punch...you can switch this to a girl with red/pink :)

Ingredients:
1 Jug blue fruit punch
2 liter bottle Ginger ale
1 bottle white grape juice
8 Scoops pineapple sherbert
rubber ducks

Prep:
chill ginger ale and white grape juice in freezer 3 hours prior to party.

Remove sherbert from freezer 1/2 hour before serving.

In punch bowl dump all ingredients together, adding sherbert last.

Comeback Sauce

This is delicious! We use this on chicken nuggets, french fries, everything!

Ingredients:
1 C Dukes Mayo
1/4 C heinz ketchup
1/4 C chili sauce
1 heaping tsp dijon mustard
1 t onion powder
2 t worcestershire sauce
1 t ground black pepper
1/4 t tobasco sauce
1/4 C EVOO
1 Lemon (the juice)

Prep:
Mix all ingredients well and store in fridge over night.

Chicken and Brocolli Casserole

Ingredients:
Shredded/cooked chicken (whole)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 C mayo
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 C colby/mnterrey Jack cheese
1 bag frozen brocolli, thawed/chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Prep:
Mix all ingredients together

transfer mixture to a lightly greased casserole dish and heat oven to 375

Cook 30 minutes or until bubbly

Can serve on top of a bed of rice, delish!

Philly Cheesesteak sloppy Joes

Ingredients:
1 T EVOO
1 lb. hamburger (or steak)
1 Onion, chopped
1 green pepper, Chopped
2 T A1
1 C beef stock
salt/pepper to taste
4 buns
1 T butter
1 T flour
1 C milk
1 C shredded provolone cheese

Prep:
Add oil, brown meat

Add onion, green pepper and cook until tender

Stir in A1 and beef stock, season with Salt and Pepper.  Bring to a bubble and cook 1 minutes

Split open rolls and remove inside-of bottom roll to hold meat.

Melt butter on stove, stir in flour (about 1 min) whisk in milk, bring to a bubble to thicken (about 2 min) turn off heat and stir in cheese.
